Eligibility:
To be eligible for a referral fee, the referred customer must:
- Be a new customer to the Company.
- Successfully obtain a home loan through the Company.
- Meet the minimum loan amount requirements as specified below.
Referral Fees:
The following referral fees will be paid for successful referrals, based on the loan amount:
- Loan amount above $1,000,000: $500 referral fee.
- Loan amount above $750,000: $350 referral fee.
- Loan amount above $500,000: $200 referral fee.
- Loan amount above $400,000: $150 referral fee.
Payment:
Referral fees will be paid to the referrer within 90 days of the referred customer's loan settlement.
General Terms:
- The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time without notice.
- The Company's decision on the eligibility of a referral and the payment of a referral fee shall be final.
- This Agreement does not create any employment or agency relationship between the referrer and the Company.

Acceptance:
